A hands-on assessment to map exactly where the gaps are — the asymmetries, the limitations, the strengths you can lean on. Your program gets built from this.

Progressive resistance training built for the lower-body power, core control, and shoulder stability the game demands — without breaking what's already working.

03 · Mobility

Real, usable range

Hip openers, thoracic rotation, ankle dorsiflexion. Mobility work that translates directly into a lower athletic stance and a more responsive split-step.

04 · Power & Reaction

Sharpen the first step

Reactive drills, lateral agility, plyometric progressions scaled for the 50+ athlete. Speed isn't gone — it's just hibernating.

05 · Recovery

Bounce back faster

Active recovery, soft-tissue work, breath training. The stuff that means Tuesday's match doesn't ruin Thursday's.

Yes. Every exercise has a regression and a progression. We meet you where you are on day one and build from there. The point isn't to crush you — it's to make you a better athlete eight weeks from now.

The day-one assessment is where we flag this. Reece is a DPT — programming around chronic stuff is the job. If your situation needs one-on-one care first, he'll tell you that on the discovery call.

No. Recreational players, drop-in players, club-ladder regulars, and tournament players all train together. The common thread is wanting to play better and play longer.

You can request a full refund inside the first week of the program — no questions asked. After that, the cohort is committed.

Yes — most of our cohorts have at least a few pairs. Mention it on the discovery call and we'll talk about it.

Absolutely. The oldest athletes in our cohorts are some of the most committed. Age isn't the qualifier — willingness to train is.
